About us
Hello, we are a family owned and operated full service lab. I started doing Lab work as a kid still in high school. As lab trained technician I learned the techniques of the past before this high tech automation existed. In the past 15 years while running this lab i also worked in a office setting alongside a orthodontist which i felt gave me a better understanding of appliance and how they work in the mouth on actual patients. I've designed many appliances along side a doctor to achieve complicated results. I enjoy doing these kind of cases. My wife excels in the complicated acrylic designs you see on this site. She also handles the finishing and shipping for Straight Edge Lab. SEL My son is building this site and handling 3d printing he's also a talented video editor. My Daughter Packing unpacking and delivery of local cases. My youngest plays a lot of fortnight. lol

IIn 40 plus years, we can honestly make anything you need. If you can send us a picture we can build it. If it's something brand new let us design it for you or with you. Everyone uses the same acrylic designs we are working on some new one but we can also do any of the older designs other labs offer, just send os a picture. Call for more details
